FRP (GLASS FIBER REINFORCED POLYESTER) SHEET: GRP is a minimum of 1.4 mm thick, self-drop patterned and RAL1015 painted.
EPS PLATE: The volumetric density is 25-30 kg/m3 and is at least 39 mm thick.
COMPOSITE PANEL: Composite panels produced from EPS sheet and FRP have the following features:
The thickness of the panel is minimum 41 mm.
Inflammability class at least B2 (DIN 4102).
The composite panel is resistant to all kinds of nature and climatic conditions. It is not affected by water, humidity, hot and cold, animal feces and disinfectants and is resistant to sea effects.
It does not require paint and maintenance that will not rot, rust, worm.
It is a hygienic, antibacterial, insulating material.
EPS board and composite board are laminated with special adhesive in the continuous lamination line by hot method.
MS POLYMER ADHESIVE: Primary panel joints are made with MS Polymer adhesive.
